If you apply for a job at TIMS, you provide your email address, educational and employment background, and job interest data.
You may chose to submit your name when registering or remain anonymous. TIMS will not use personal data submitted as part of

How we use it

are bound to the TIMS Privacy Policy contractually through TIMS confidentiality and personal data protection agreements.
Suppliers and service providers are required to keep confidential the information received on behalf of TIMS and may not use
it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for TIMS. These service providers may change or
we may contract with additional service providers in order to provide new services. TIMS will not share personal information

Choice
TIMS will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to unrelated third party companies. Some TIMS
services are linked with those from other unrelated third party companies, some which offer you the option to share personal

vendors from a single TIMS web page, request communications from TIMS marketing or solution partners or enable order

Security
TIMS is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain
data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of the information, TIMS has in place appropriate physical, managerial
procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
We use SSL encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. Credit card numbers
are only used for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. Our efforts to protect credit card fraud help
protect your financial data security. As part of real-time payment processing, TIMS subscribes to a fraud management service.
This service gives you and TIMS an extra level of protection to guard against credit card fraud.
